Administration

The Administration Ministry is dedicated to maintaining a climate in which the body of Christ can operate in an efficient and effective manner. It moves the church forward in its mission of knowing Christ and making him known by creating a culture which:

1) sets the levels of expectations

2) coordinates the spiritual, human, physical, and financial resources for the ministries of DEFC

3) meets the rule of Iowa state law.
